Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and language therapy is a critical component of rehabilitation. It plays a key role in restoring and supporting essential functions such as communication and swallowing, which are often affected by brain injuries, strokes, or other neurological disorders.

Beyond these fundamental abilities, speech and language therapy supports cognitive-communication skills, enabling patients to reconnect with loved ones, return to work, and participate fully in everyday life.

By addressing both the physical and social aspects of recovery, this therapy not only improves quality of life but also empowers individuals to regain independence and confidence.

Speech & Language Therapy services are provided by Wessex Speech and Language Therapy.
